Government of India recently Launched a new scheme named Agnipath Scheme / Agnipath yojna for recruitment of soldiers below the rank of commissioned officers into the three services of the armed forces. Defence Minister Mr. Rajnaath Singh has announced 46,000 Agniveers will be recruiting through Agnipath Yojna. Under this Scheme all recruits will be hired initially for 4 year and Soldiers recruited under this system are to be called AGNIVEERS. In these four years of service, they will get a starting salary of Rs 30,000, which will rise to Rs 40,000 by the end of the four-year service along with many more additional benefits.
